Here is, in plain words, what data Flirto uses, why, and who it is shared with.

Prices in your currency

To show prices in your local currency, your browser contacts two external services. As with any connection to a website, they receive your IP address:

  • ipapi.co: detects your country (and so your currency) from your IP address.
  • open.er-api.com: provides the exchange rate used to convert prices.

The result (country, currency, rate) is only kept in your browser for the length of your visit. If these services don't respond, prices are simply shown in euros.

Payments

Payments are handled by SasPay, by mobile money or card. You enter your payment details directly on SasPay’s secure page.

Flirto does not store any banking data: no card number, no code, no mobile money credentials. We only keep a record of your purchases (pack, amount, payment status) so we can add the right credits.

Profile data

When you set up your profile, we keep:

  • First name: to talk to you more personally.
  • Gender and age range: to adapt the tone and examples.
  • Goals: to know what you want to get better at.
  • Reply style: to suggest replies that sound like you.
  • How you heard about Flirto: to understand where our users come from.

This information is saved on your device and on your Flirto account, so your settings follow you to a new device. You can change your first name, gender, age range and style anytime in "My profile". It is never sold or used for advertising.
